Cordiio Terms Of Use

Cordiio is operated by:

PostFyi Inc., Barbados. Email: info@postfyi.com

In these Terms, “Cordiio,” “PostFyi,” “Company,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to PostFyi Inc. and the Cordiio platform where appropriate.

“Platform” or “Services” refers to the Cordiio website, applications, social features, media features, discovery tools, listings and related services.

Cordiio is a social discovery and community platform built around Caribbean culture, Carnival, festivals, entertainment, music, travel, food, events and experiences.

Cordiio allows users to:

• Create social profiles;
• Connect with and follow other users;
• Comment on and interact with content;
• Like, save and share content;
• Upload short-form videos through Fuh-Reel;
• Upload photographs and visual moments through Captr;
• Discover Carnival and cultural content;
• Discover events;
• Discover businesses;
• Discover restaurants;
• Discover accommodation and places to stay;
• Discover attractions and experiences;
• Discover entertainers, artists, DJs and creators;
• Submit and manage event listings;
• Create and manage business listings;
• Create entertainer and creator profiles;
• Promote Caribbean cultural activities;
• Participate in discussions; and
• Engage with the wider Caribbean and Carnival community.

Cordiio is intended to serve as both a social community and a discovery platform.

We may introduce, modify, rename or discontinue features from time to time.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to create a Cordiio account or use the social features of the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years old;
• The age or date-of-birth information you provide is accurate;
• You are legally permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to you; and
• You are not prohibited from using Cordiio under these Terms or applicable law.

Children under 16 are prohibited from creating or operating Cordiio accounts.

If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to an individual under 16, we may:

• Suspend the account;
• Request information reasonably necessary to verify age;
• Restrict access to the account;
• Remove content;
• Permanently terminate the account; and
• Take other appropriate measures.

Users must not knowingly create an account for a person under 16 or assist someone under 16 in bypassing Cordiio's age restrictions.

Parents or guardians who believe a child under 16 is using Cordiio should contact: info@postfyi.com

Cordiio recognizes that users aged 16 and 17 are minors in many jurisdictions.

Users must not use Cordiio to exploit, manipulate, sexually approach, groom, endanger or otherwise take advantage of a minor.

We may apply additional privacy, visibility, recommendation, communication or safety protections to accounts that we know or reasonably believe belong to users under 18.

Cordiio may restrict certain functionality for users under 18 where reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Certain Cordiio features require an account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Maintain accurate account information;
• Use an appropriate username;
• Protect your account credentials;
• Keep your password confidential;
• Not share access to your account in a way that compromises security;
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control;
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised; and
• Comply with these Terms.

Usernames may not:

• Impersonate another individual or organization;
• Falsely suggest affiliation with Cordiio or PostFyi Inc.;
• Contain threats;
• Contain obscene or sexually explicit terms;
• Promote hatred or violence;
• Promote criminal organizations; or
• Otherwise violate these Terms.

We may change, reclaim or restrict usernames where reasonably necessary.

You may not use Cordiio to deceive users about your identity or affiliation.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person;
• Impersonate an entertainer, artist, business or organization;
• Create deceptive fan or parody accounts without making their nature reasonably clear;
• Pretend to represent a business you do not represent;
• Falsely claim to be verified;
• Falsely represent professional credentials;
• Use another person's photograph or identity deceptively; or
• Operate accounts primarily for fraud, manipulation or coordinated abuse.

Cordiio allows users to create, post, upload, transmit, publish and share content (“User Content”).

User Content may include:

• Fuh-Reel videos;
• Captr images;
• Photographs;
• Video;
• Audio;
• Captions;
• Comments;
• Replies;
• Profile photographs;
• Biographies;
• Event information;
• Business information;
• Entertainer profiles;
• Artwork;
• Promotional materials;
• Links;
• Reviews or opinions;
• Hashtags; and
• Other materials uploaded to Cordiio.

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

Fuh-Reel is Cordiio's short-form video feature and allows users to share brief video moments, including Carnival, festival, entertainment, cultural, travel and lifestyle experiences.

Fuh-Reels may currently be limited to approximately 30 seconds, although Cordiio may change the maximum duration or functionality in the future.

You must have the necessary rights or lawful authority to upload a Fuh-Reel.

You must not upload a Fuh-Reel merely because you obtained or downloaded it from another social media platform.

All Fuh-Reels remain subject to these Terms.

Captr is Cordiio's image-sharing feature.

Users may use Captr to share photographs and visual moments relating to Carnival, Caribbean culture, travel, entertainment, food, events, lifestyle and other permitted subjects.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to images you upload.

All Captr content remains subject to these Terms.

Except for rights you grant Cordiio under these Terms, you retain ownership of intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

Cordiio does not claim ownership merely because you upload your original photograph, video, written material or other work to the Platform.

However, Cordiio requires permission to host, process and display your content in order to operate the Platform.

When you upload or publish User Content, you grant PostFyi Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, encode, transcode, resize, format, display, publicly display, communicate, distribute and make your User Content available through Cordiio for the purposes of:

• Operating the Platform;
• Displaying your content to users;
• Delivering Fuh-Reels and Captr posts;
• Generating thumbnails or previews;
• Formatting content for different devices;
• Enabling sharing features;
• Promoting content within Cordiio;
• Operating discovery and recommendation features;
• Maintaining backups;
• Moderating the Platform;
• Protecting Platform security; and
• Promoting Cordiio and its community where reasonably related to your public content.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to PostFyi Inc.

The license generally ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable technical backup periods, legal obligations and copies legitimately shared or created by other users outside our control.

By uploading User Content, you represent that:

• You created the content; or
• You own the necessary rights; or
• You have permission or another lawful basis to upload and share it.

You must not upload content that violates:

• Copyright;
• Trademark rights;
• Privacy rights;
• Publicity rights;
• Contractual rights;
• Confidentiality obligations; or
• Other rights belonging to another person.

You are responsible for any licenses, permissions, releases or authorizations required for your content.

Cordiio celebrates the energy, creativity, music, freedom and expression associated with Caribbean and Carnival culture.

That freedom does not permit users to exploit others, distribute pornography, endanger children, promote serious criminal activity, sell illegal drugs, threaten people or use Cordiio as a platform for harmful or illegal conduct.

The following rules apply to all User Content, including Fuh-Reels, Captr posts, profile images, comments, captions, usernames, links and listings.

Cordiio has zero tolerance for content that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children.

You must never upload, request, distribute, link to, promote, solicit, create or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material;
• Sexual imagery of children;
• Sexualized photographs or videos of minors;
• Nude or partially nude content depicting a child in a sexual context;
• Sexual exploitation of minors;
• Grooming of minors;
• Sexual solicitation of minors;
• Requests for sexual images from minors;
• Sexual conversations directed toward minors for exploitative purposes;
• Content facilitating sexual contact between adults and minors;
• Trafficking or exploitation of children; or
• Any content that sexualizes a child.

For purposes of this section, a child is a person under 18 years of age, regardless of local age-of-consent laws.

Attempts to disguise such content through cartoons, editing, coded terminology, links or private communications remain prohibited.

Where appropriate or legally required, suspected child exploitation may be preserved and reported to relevant authorities or child-protection organizations.

Children may naturally appear in photographs and videos of Carnival, cultural activities, family events, performances, schools, festivals or public gatherings.

Ordinary non-sexual imagery involving children is not automatically prohibited.

However, users must exercise particular care when publishing identifiable images of minors.

You must not post content involving children that:

• Is sexually suggestive;
• Exposes intimate areas;
• Exploits or humiliates the child;
• Reveals highly sensitive personal information;
• Is intended to attract sexual attention toward the child;
• Places a child at foreseeable risk;
• Encourages inappropriate adult contact; or
• Otherwise violates the child's rights or applicable law.

Cordiio may remove content involving minors whenever we reasonably believe removal is appropriate for child safety.

Pornography is prohibited on Cordiio.

You must not upload, distribute or promote:

• Pornographic videos;
• Pornographic photographs;
• Explicit sexual activity;
• Images or videos displaying sexual intercourse;
• Explicit masturbation;
• Oral sexual activity;
• Explicit fetish pornography;
• Sexual services;
• Pornographic livestreams;
• Links directing users to explicit pornography;
• Solicitation or sale of pornographic content; or
• Accounts primarily created to promote pornographic services.

Cordiio is a Carnival and cultural platform, and we recognize that Carnival costumes, swimwear, dance, performance and cultural expression may include revealing clothing, movement or artistic expression.

Revealing Carnival costumes, swimwear or culturally appropriate dance are not automatically considered pornography.

Context matters.

However, explicit sexual acts and pornographic presentation remain prohibited.

Cordiio may restrict or remove nudity depending on context.

Prohibited content may include:

• Explicit exposure of genitals;
• Explicit sexualized nudity;
• Content primarily focused on exposed intimate areas;
• Pornographic presentation of breasts or genitals; or
• Nudity posted primarily for sexual gratification.

Exceptions may be considered for legitimate contexts such as:

• Art;
• Historical documentation;
• Health education;
• News reporting;
• Breastfeeding;
• Cultural documentation; or
• Other contexts where the presentation is clearly non-pornographic.

Cordiio retains discretion to restrict or remove such content where necessary to maintain the character and safety of the Platform.

Cordiio must not be used to facilitate the illegal drug trade.

Users may not use Cordiio to:

• Sell illegal drugs;
• Purchase illegal drugs;
• Arrange drug transactions;
• Provide contact information specifically for illegal drug sales;
• Facilitate delivery of illegal drugs;
• Recruit drug dealers;
• Promote drug trafficking;
• Provide instructions designed to manufacture illegal controlled substances;
• Distribute links specifically intended to facilitate illegal drug purchases; or
• Operate accounts primarily promoting illegal drug distribution.

This includes, without limitation, the unlawful distribution, trafficking or sale of substances such as:

• Cocaine;
• Crack cocaine;
• Heroin;
• LSD;
• MDMA/ecstasy;
• Methamphetamine;
• Fentanyl;
• Illegally supplied prescription drugs;
• Synthetic controlled drugs;
• Cannabis or marijuana where its sale, possession, distribution or promotion is unlawful; and
• Other illegal or controlled substances.

The legality of certain substances may differ between countries.

Users are responsible for complying with the law applicable to their location.

Cordiio may nevertheless restrict drug-related content even where particular conduct may be legal locally if we believe the content creates a significant safety risk or is inappropriate for the Cordiio community.

Cordiio recognizes that alcoholic beverages may form part of adult Caribbean social, culinary, festival, tourism and Carnival experiences.

Content depicting lawful alcohol consumption by adults is generally permitted.

Examples may include:

• Festival sponsorship;
• Bar or restaurant listings;
• Cocktail content;
• Rum-related cultural content;
• Responsible adult drinking;
• Beverage promotions;
• Licensed events; and
• Legal alcohol brands.

However, users must not:

• Sell alcohol unlawfully;
• Promote alcohol sales to minors;
• Encourage children to consume alcohol;
• Depict or encourage dangerous drinking challenges;
• Encourage drunk driving;
• Promote alcohol poisoning or extreme intoxication as a goal;
• Falsely claim alcohol has medical benefits; or
• Use Cordiio to evade applicable alcohol laws.

Cordiio supports responsible drinking.

Where legally required, alcohol advertisements or promotions must comply with applicable age restrictions, licensing requirements and advertising laws.

Cordiio may restrict or prohibit content that facilitates unlawful sales or promotion of:

• Cigarettes;
• Tobacco;
• Vaping products;
• Nicotine products; or
• Other age-restricted smoking products.

Such products must never be marketed or sold through Cordiio to minors.

Cordiio reserves the right to impose stricter restrictions on commercial tobacco or vaping promotion.

You may not post content that:

• Credibly threatens another person;
• Encourages murder or serious physical injury;
• Celebrates or glorifies acts of extreme violence in a harmful context;
• Solicits violent attacks;
• Provides instructions for committing serious violent crimes;
• Depicts torture or extreme violence primarily for shock value; or
• Encourages users to harm another identifiable person.

Newsworthy, documentary, historical or educational content may be treated differently depending on context.

Graphic material may be restricted, labeled or removed.

Users must not use Cordiio to facilitate unlawful weapons transactions or serious violent activity.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Illegal firearm sales;
• Illegal ammunition sales;
• Explosive-device sales;
• Instructions intended to facilitate terrorist attacks;
• Recruitment for violent criminal organizations; or
• Encouraging users to engage in imminently dangerous criminal conduct.

Ordinary cultural, news, historical or lawful sporting depictions of weapons may be permitted depending on context.

Users must not use Cordiio to:

• Recruit for terrorist organizations;
• Praise or materially support terrorist attacks;
• Distribute terrorist propaganda for recruitment purposes;
• Provide operational instructions for terrorist attacks;
• Raise funds for prohibited terrorist organizations; or
• Facilitate violent extremist activity.

News reporting, academic discussion, historical discussion or legitimate criticism involving these subjects may be permitted where the context is clearly informational rather than supportive.

Cordiio does not permit content that directly attacks, threatens or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics where prohibited under our policies or applicable law.

This may include attacks based on:

• Race;
• Colour;
• Ethnicity;
• National origin;
• Religion;
• Sex;
• Sexual orientation;
• Gender identity;
• Disability; or
• Other characteristics protected under applicable law.

Users remain free to discuss social, cultural, religious and political subjects, including disagreement and criticism, provided such discussion does not cross into prohibited threats, targeted harassment or unlawful hatred.

Do not use Cordiio to repeatedly target another person with abusive or intimidating behaviour.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• Credible threats;
• Coordinated harassment;
• Sexual harassment;
• Publishing private information to facilitate harassment;
• Encouraging others to attack an individual;
• Repeated unwanted sexual advances;
• Blackmail;
• Extortion; or
• Severe targeted bullying.

Criticism, disagreement, satire and commentary are not automatically harassment.

Context and severity will be considered.

You may not upload, share, threaten to share or solicit intimate sexual imagery of another person without appropriate consent.

This includes:

• Revenge pornography;
• Secretly recorded sexual material;
• Sexually explicit deepfakes intended to depict a real person;
• Intimate images distributed without permission; and
• Threats to expose intimate content.

Such content may result in immediate account termination.

You must not use Cordiio to:

• Facilitate human trafficking;
• Advertise trafficked persons;
• Facilitate sexual exploitation;
• Recruit individuals for forced labour;
• Sell human beings;
• Facilitate slavery or servitude; or
• Exploit vulnerable persons.

Users must not encourage or instruct another person to commit suicide or serious self-harm.

Cordiio may restrict content that:

• Encourages suicide;
• Glorifies self-harm;
• Provides detailed instructions for self-harm; or
• Targets vulnerable users with encouragement to harm themselves.

Supportive, recovery-oriented, newsworthy or educational discussions may be permitted.

You may not use Cordiio to organize, facilitate, solicit or materially support serious criminal activity.

This includes:

• Fraud;
• Theft;
• Trafficking;
• Extortion;
• Money laundering;
• Illegal drug distribution;
• Serious cybercrime;
• Organized violence;
• Human trafficking;
• Sexual exploitation; and
• Other unlawful conduct.

Discussion, journalism, entertainment or reporting about criminal subjects is not automatically prohibited.

You must not use Cordiio to deceive users for financial or personal gain.

This includes:

• Fake ticket sales;
• Fraudulent Carnival packages;
• Fake accommodation listings;
• False event listings;
• Advance-fee scams;
• Investment scams;
• Phishing;
• Identity theft;
• Counterfeit goods;
• Fake charities;
• Fraudulent giveaways;
• Impersonation scams; and
• Deceptive payment requests.

Accounts engaged in suspected fraud may be immediately restricted.

Users must not:

• Send repetitive unsolicited promotional messages;
• Mass-create accounts;
• Artificially inflate likes, follows, views or engagement;
• Purchase or sell fake engagement through Cordiio;
• Operate bot networks without permission;
• Manipulate rankings or recommendations;
• Repeatedly post irrelevant advertising;
• Conduct coordinated inauthentic activity; or
• Attempt to circumvent Cordiio moderation systems.

You may not publish highly sensitive personal information about another person with malicious intent or where disclosure would create a serious safety risk.

This may include:

• Home addresses;
• Private phone numbers;
• Private email addresses;
• Passwords;
• Government identification documents;
• Financial account numbers;
• Medical records; or
• Other confidential personal information.

This prohibition does not necessarily apply to information legitimately made public by the individual, legitimate business contact information, journalism or other lawful public-interest uses.

Users submitting events must:

• Provide reasonably accurate information;
• Provide correct dates and times;
• Accurately identify locations;
• Disclose material pricing information where applicable;
• Avoid misleading ticket links;
• Update materially changed event information where reasonably possible;
• Remove or identify cancelled events;
• Have authority or a reasonable basis to submit the listing; and
• Avoid falsely representing themselves as the official promoter.

Cordiio may receive event information directly from promoters, users, publicly available sources or other permitted sources.

A listing on Cordiio does not mean that Cordiio endorses, organizes or guarantees the event.

Cordiio may link users to external ticket providers.

Unless Cordiio expressly states otherwise, PostFyi Inc. is not the ticket seller and is not a party to transactions conducted through third-party ticketing platforms.

Users should review the terms, refund policies and privacy policies of the applicable ticket provider.

Cordiio is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations;
• Ticket-provider failures;
• Refund disputes;
• Invalid tickets supplied by third parties;
• Changes to event schedules; or
• Conduct at an event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Businesses or users submitting business listings must provide information they reasonably believe to be accurate.

Business listings may include:

• Restaurants;
• Hotels;
• Villas;
• Guesthouses;
• Attractions;
• Tour operators;
• Shops;
• Transportation providers;
• Entertainment businesses;
• Event services; and
• Other Caribbean businesses.

Users must not create fraudulent business listings.

Cordiio does not guarantee:

• Business quality;
• Availability;
• Pricing;
• Safety;
• Licensing;
• Service quality; or
• Accuracy of every business claim.

Users should conduct appropriate checks before purchasing services.

Artists, entertainers, DJs, musicians, performers, creators and public personalities may maintain promotional profiles.

Users creating such profiles must:

• Provide reasonably accurate information;
• Have authority to represent the entertainer where they claim to be an official representative;
• Not create deceptive impersonation accounts;
• Have rights to uploaded photographs and media; and
• Avoid misleading booking information.

Verification, where offered, indicates only that Cordiio has performed the verification process applicable at that time. It is not a guarantee regarding a person's conduct, talent, reputation or suitability for any engagement.

Users may express opinions through Cordiio.

You are responsible for your statements.

You must not knowingly submit:

• Fraudulent reviews;
• Reviews in exchange for undisclosed manipulation;
• False allegations presented as fact with malicious intent;
• Coordinated fake ratings; or
• Content otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Cordiio does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed by users.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Cordiio Platform and its original elements are owned by or licensed to PostFyi Inc.

This may include:

• The Cordiio name;
• Cordiio logos;
• Fuh-Reel branding;
• Captr branding;
• Platform designs;
• Interface elements;
• Software;
• Source code;
• Databases;
• Graphics;
• Original editorial content;
• Platform architecture; and
• Other proprietary materials.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted by law or by PostFyi Inc., you must not:

• Copy significant portions of Cordiio;
• Clone the Platform;
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the Platform;
• Circumvent access controls;
• Attempt unauthorized access;
• Probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• Introduce malware;
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• Manipulate Platform systems;
• Scrape Cordiio at scale;
• Harvest user information;
• Use automated systems that materially burden our infrastructure; or
• Use Cordiio's data to create an unauthorized competing database.

Normal search-engine indexing and expressly authorized integrations may be permitted.

Cordiio respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on Cordiio infringes your copyright, you may contact: info@postfyi.com

Your notice should, where reasonably possible, include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• Identification or URL of the allegedly infringing content;
• Your contact information;
• An explanation of your ownership or authority; and
• Any other information reasonably needed to investigate the claim.

We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while a complaint is reviewed.

Repeated infringement may result in account suspension or termination.

Users may report content, accounts or listings they believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reports may involve:

• Child safety;
• Pornography;
• Illegal content;
• Threats;
• Harassment;
• Drug sales;
• Fraud;
• Copyright;
• Impersonation;
• Privacy violations;
• Spam;
• Hate speech; or
• Other prohibited activity.

Users should use available reporting tools or contact: info@postfyi.com

Submitting a knowingly false or malicious report may itself violate these Terms.

PostFyi Inc. may moderate Cordiio in order to operate, protect and maintain the Platform.

We may, where reasonably appropriate:

• Review content;
• Remove content;
• Limit distribution;
• Apply warning labels;
• Disable comments;
• Restrict sharing;
• Restrict recommendations;
• Restrict an account;
• Temporarily suspend an account;
• Permanently terminate an account;
• Remove listings;
• Remove followers or connections;
• Disable features;
• Preserve relevant information;
• Restrict access from particular locations; or
• Take other proportionate measures.

We are not required to host content merely because it is lawful.

Cordiio may establish community standards that are stricter than the minimum requirements of applicable criminal law where reasonably necessary to maintain the intended nature and safety of the Platform.

When deciding whether content violates these Terms, we may consider:

• Content itself;
• Caption or accompanying text;
• Context;
• Intent;
• Severity;
• Potential harm;
• Cultural context;
• Newsworthiness;
• Public interest;
• Repeat violations;
• User reports;
• Account history; and
• Applicable law.

No moderation system is perfect.

We may occasionally remove permitted content or fail to immediately detect prohibited content.

Where Cordiio provides an appeal mechanism, users may request review of qualifying moderation or account decisions.

Where applicable law requires a particular explanation, complaint mechanism or appeal process, Cordiio will seek to provide the legally required process.

Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement of content or accounts.

Serious violations involving child exploitation, credible threats, fraud, platform attacks or other serious risks may result in immediate restrictions while matters are investigated.

PostFyi Inc. may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to valid:

• Court orders;
• Warrants;
• Subpoenas;
• Regulatory requirements;
• Emergency requests; or
• Other lawful governmental demands.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may report suspected serious criminal conduct to relevant authorities.

Cordiio may link to external platforms and services including:

• Ticket providers;
• Booking services;
• Hotels;
• Restaurants;
• Businesses;
• Spotify;
• Apple Music;
• Instagram;
• TikTok;
• Facebook;
• X;
• YouTube;
• Payment platforms; and
• Other third parties.

PostFyi Inc. does not control independent third-party platforms.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Cordiio may contain:

• Advertisements;
• Sponsored posts;
• Promoted events;
• Promoted businesses;
• Promoted entertainers;
• Brand partnerships; or
• Other commercial content.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with applicable law and Cordiio policies.

Sponsored placement does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a product or service.

Where required, commercial content should be appropriately identified.

Businesses, promoters, creators and entertainers may use Cordiio for legitimate promotion.

Commercial users must not:

• Misrepresent prices;
• Make materially false claims;
• Promote unlawful products;
• Conduct fraudulent giveaways;
• Sell prohibited items;
• Mislead consumers regarding sponsorship or affiliation; or
• Violate applicable consumer-protection laws.

Additional commercial, advertising or promotional terms may apply to particular features.

We aim to make Cordiio available reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Cordiio may occasionally be:

• Unavailable;
• Interrupted;
• Updated;
• Modified;
• Temporarily disabled; or
• Subject to technical errors.

• Profiles;
• Messaging;
• Comments;
• Recommendations;
• Business listings;
• Event listings;
• Advertising features;
• Discovery tools; or
• Other functionality.

Where a change materially affects contractual rights and applicable law requires notice, we will provide appropriate notice.

Cordiio does not guarantee:

• A particular number of views;
• Followers;
• Likes;
• Shares;
• Comments;
• Ticket sales;
• Business leads;
• Bookings;
• Customers;
• Artist exposure; or
• Other engagement.

Content visibility may change based on factors including relevance, user preferences, moderation, technical considerations and future recommendation systems.

Cordiio may organize, rank or recommend:

• Fuh-Reels;
• Captr posts;
• Events;
• Businesses;
• Entertainers;
• Creators;
• Places;
• Experiences; or
• Other content.

A recommendation does not mean PostFyi Inc. independently endorses or guarantees the subject of that recommendation.

Cordiio may help users discover people, events and businesses.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when interacting with people you meet through Cordiio.

PostFyi Inc. does not supervise private or offline interactions between users.

Users should take reasonable safety precautions before:

• Meeting another user;
• Purchasing tickets;
• Attending unfamiliar events;
• Booking accommodation;
• Hiring an entertainer;
• Entering private locations; or
• Providing money or sensitive information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cordiio is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

PostFyi Inc. does not warrant that:

• Cordiio will always operate without interruption;
• Every listing is accurate;
• Every user is who they claim to be;
• Every event will occur;
• Every business is reliable;
• Every entertainer profile is accurate;
• User Content is truthful;
• Content will remain available permanently; or
• The Platform will be free from all errors or security incidents.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PostFyi Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of Cordiio.

This may include losses arising from:

• Loss of data;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of goodwill;
• Missed events;
• Third-party fraud;
• User interactions;
• Business transactions;
• Third-party links;
• User Content;
• Unauthorized account access; or
• Service interruptions.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, PostFyi Inc.'s aggregate liability relating to paid Cordiio services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to PostFyi Inc. for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For free Services, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostFyi Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your User Content;
• Your unlawful use of Cordiio;
• Your infringement of another person's rights;
• Your fraudulent listings;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of applicable law.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms;
• Repeatedly violate Community Guidelines;
• Endanger minors;
• Distribute pornography;
• Facilitate illegal drug sales;
• Commit fraud;
• Engage in serious harassment;
• Threaten others;
• Infringe intellectual property repeatedly;
• Attack Cordiio's infrastructure;
• Evade previous suspensions; or
• Create significant risk to Cordiio, PostFyi Inc. or other users.

Serious violations may result in termination without prior warning.

For less serious violations, we may use warnings, content removal or temporary restrictions before terminating an account.

If your account is suspended or permanently terminated, you may not create another account primarily to evade the restriction.

We may suspend related accounts where we reasonably determine they are being used to circumvent enforcement.

Users may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting Cordiio.

Deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

Termination or deletion does not automatically eliminate obligations arising from conduct that occurred before termination.

Use of Cordiio is also governed by the Cordiio Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how PostFyi Inc. collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.

Cordiio is operated from Barbados but may be accessed internationally.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Cordiio complies with laws applicable to you.

Certain Cordiio features, content or services may not be available in every country.

Where mandatory local law grants users rights that cannot legally be waived by contract, these Terms do not override those rights.

Where applicable to Cordiio's operation in the European Union, PostFyi Inc. may implement reporting, content-moderation, transparency, complaint and other procedures required by applicable European law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted to users under applicable EU law.

Users in the United Kingdom remain subject to applicable mandatory UK consumer, privacy and online-safety protections.

Because Cordiio permits users aged 16 and 17, we may apply additional safeguards to younger users where appropriate or legally required.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under UK law.

These Terms and disputes relating to Cordiio will generally be governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence, disputes shall generally be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or jurisdictional rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

We may update these Terms as Cordiio develops.

Changes may be made to reflect:

• New social features;
• Safety requirements;
• Legal developments;
• New business services;
• Changes to moderation practices;
• New technologies; or
• Changes to Cordiio's operations.

We will update the “Last Updated” date when these Terms change.

Where changes are material and applicable law requires additional notice, we may provide notice through:

• Cordiio;
• Email;
• Account notifications; or
• Another reasonable method.

Continued use following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.

If PostFyi Inc. does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and PostFyi Inc. regarding your use of Cordiio.

Additional terms may apply to particular paid, promotional, commercial or submission services.
